Spring is a key period for the maintenance of refrigeration equipment, and the change of climate temperature and humidity is easy to cause condensation water accumulation, equipment aging and other problems. 1. Deep cleaning and component maintenance
Clean the filter and cooling system
Filter: Pollen and dust increase in spring, it is necessary to clean the primary and medium effect filters every month (it is recommended to replace the high efficiency filter once every 3 months). Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove surface dust to avoid clogging and affecting air cleanliness.
Condenser/evaporator: Clean the dust and microbial residue on the fin, wipe with neutral detergent to prevent the decrease of heat dissipation efficiency resulting in increased energy consumption.
Check refrigerant and pressure system
Refrigerant pressure: Use a pressure gauge to check whether the refrigerant is within the normal range (for example, 8-10bar at the low pressure side and 25-30bar at the high pressure side of the R410A system). If the pressure is abnormal, supplement or repair the leakage point in time.
Refrigerant pipe: Check the sealing of the pipe interface to avoid leakage due to thermal expansion and cold contraction, and remove impurities in the condensate drainage pipe to prevent blockage.

Fan and motor maintenance
Fan bearing: check the lubrication, add high temperature grease, reduce the noise and vibration caused by friction.
Motor current: Monitor the motor load through the ammeter. If the current increases abnormally (such as exceeding 10% of the rated value), check the tightness of the belt or bearing wear.
Air conditioning system coordination inspection
