4. The engineering pressure measuring pipe is provided with a downward elbow at one end of the airtight protection door, and the other end is located in the ventilation chamber or control room, and a ball valve is installed. The manometer interface through the gas channel shall be welded.
5. The measuring hole of the ventilation pipe and the clean sampling pipe should be made at the same time as the ventilation pipe. The measuring hole and eluent sampling tube should be blocked.
6. The direction of air flow in the ventilation pipe, the opening and closing direction and opening degree of the valve should be clearly and accurately marked.
Exhaust pipe and accessories installation
Air conditioning duct
1, the smoke pipe should be steel pipe or cast iron pipe. When using welded steel pipes, the wall thickness should be greater than 3mm; Pipe joints should be welded. (5) The ground outlet of the smoke exhaust pipe should be provided with a rain cap, and measures should be taken to prevent the smoke exhaust pipe from being blocked at 150200mm from the ground.
Equipment installation project acceptance
Ventilation system testing should meet the following requirements:
