Generally, the refrigerator is equipped with a full set of protection devices. 1. If the water-cooled freezer has a high-pressure alarm, it is mainly related to the cooling water system. Circulating supply to the chiller will cause high-pressure failure. In addition, check whether the cooling water tower is faulty and can not safely and stably transport the cooling water;
2. The cooling water flow is too small, or the temperature is too high, and the heat dissipation is not good, this problem will also occur. The cooling water flow is small. Check whether the size of the supporting pipelines matches the size of the refrigeration unit or whether the water valve is opened to an oversized position. If it is an air-cooled refrigerator, we need to check whether the ambient temperature of the installation exceeds 40 ° C. If so, the heat must be removed in a timely manner to ensure that the refrigeration unit is in an environment with air circulation;
3. If the refrigerating unit is used for a long time, it is easy to cause scale and other debris to accumulate in the tube wall or the condenser copper tube. This will inevitably affect the refrigeration cycle system. Therefore, we regularly perform maintenance and cleaning for the refrigerating machine according to the maintenance time recommended by the manufacturer. Work (cleaning cooling water systems, cleaning condensers, replacing filters, etc.);
4. Check whether the refrigerant is excessive. The refrigeration unit will be filled with an appropriate amount of refrigerant before leaving the factory. Therefore, if there is no refrigerant leakage, the user does not need to charge the refrigerant. Too much refrigerant will only affect the unit's normal use.
5. Is the expansion valve opening too small? This one point, we can slowly adjust the opening degree of the expansion valve to eliminate the fault.
