After 7, 5 seconds to 10 seconds, the pressure difference between oil pressure and exhaust pressure can reach 0.4~0.6Mpa. Press the start button of the main unit, the compressor starts, the bypass solenoid valve A is automatically opened, and the oil return solenoid valve C is automatically shut down.
8. Observe the suction pressure gauge and gradually open the suction shut-off valve. When the compressor enters the running state, the A valve is automatically closed, and the oil pressure regulating valve is adjusted to make the oil pressure (injection pressure and exhaust pressure) difference is 0.15~0.3Mpa9. After the pressure and temperature difference of the compressor are normal, check each moving part. , temperature measurement, sealing of the pressure point.
Second, the shutdown steps of the freezer
1. Put the energy adjustment handle in the load shedding position and return the spool to “0”.
2. Press the host stop button to stop the host.
3. Close the suction valve.
4. Stop the oil pump.
